Fieldwork by A2 Bilişim and Consultancy consultants
Why are we different?

The successful completion of every project is no coincidence.

Same license, same modules—the way of working determines the outcome.

Why We Are Different

The same software, vastly different results.

Many business partners implement SAP Business One in Türkiye. The licenses, modules, and budget ranges are largely the same. Despite this, the efficiency businesses derive from the system can vary significantly. While some companies manage all their processes and costs through the system, others utilize only basic functions.

What makes the difference is how your consulting firm handles and manages the project.

Below, we outline five points that distinguish A2 Bilişim from other SAP Business One partners. At the end of each section, you can also see what this means for a project.

Work with Us
01
ERP Consultant and Management Consultant

An ERP project may appear to be a technical implementation task, yet the obstacles encountered in the field are often unrelated to the software itself: undefined processes, unclear responsibilities, and disjointed information flow between departments. Unless these issues are resolved, even a perfectly implemented system will fail to deliver the expected results.

For this reason, we assign an ERP consultant, a project manager, and a management consultant to work together on every project. While the ERP consultant analyzes processes and tailors the software to your business, the management consultant reviews the organizational structure and identifies necessary improvements. This approach—rare in the industry—ensures the alignment of business, technology, and strategy.

Outcome An organizational structure compatible with your implemented ERP system. The system is not built upon existing inefficiencies; instead, your processes and responsibility structures are aligned with the system. This allows you to experience the efficiency provided by the software in your daily operations as well.

02
The Analysis Process We Do Not Shorten

A common practice in the industry is to keep the analysis phase as short as possible to move quickly to implementation. The problem is that inadequate analysis comes back as a cost later in the project: items labeled as "additional work" pile up, and both the scope and the budget change.

Our analysis process is more comprehensive and detailed than that of many other firms. We thoroughly identify all the customizations your business requires right from the start. This is not a delay that slows down the project, but rather a preparatory step that saves time and costs in the subsequent stages.

Outcome Projects completed within the scope and budget defined in the proposal. Instead of solutions added later that are incompatible with one another, you obtain a system designed as a cohesive whole from the very beginning.

03
100% Project Completion Rate

We measure our success not by the number of projects we undertake, but by the proportion of projects we complete. To date, this rate has been 100%.

For us, a project is considered complete not when the system is handed over, but when all your processes can be tracked through the system and you can view your actual costs directly within it. We do not consider a project finished if it fails to meet this criterion.

Outcome Systems that have gone live and are currently operating without issues. You do not inherit a setup that was left unfinished after implementation, remains unused, or relies on parallel tables. You gain the ability to monitor your processes and costs from a single, centralized point.

04
Proven Products

The regulatory framework and business practices of an enterprise operating in Türkiye require solutions that go beyond a standard setup. To address these needs, we develop specialized products using our in-house software team—covering areas such as localization, e-transformation, inflation accounting, bank integration, and more.

These products are not offered solely to our own customers; certain SAP business partners in the industry also choose these solutions for their own projects. The most tangible proof of our software expertise is the fact that our products have been adopted by the industry as well.

Outcome These are regulatory-compliant, field-proven products that come with reliable support. Instead of a newly developed solution being tested on you for the first time, you use products that have been operating in various businesses for years and have had their bugs ironed out. When regulations change, our own team handles the updates.

05
Three Experts at the Proposal Stage

Most ERP proposals are prepared solely by sales specialists. When the scope is defined in this manner, actual needs only come to light midway through the project.

At this stage, we bring together three distinct areas of expertise: our ERP consultant evaluates the technical scope, our management consultant assesses organizational requirements, and our sales specialist considers the commercial terms. Since the scope is defined by the very team that will execute the work, you get a realistic picture right from the start. Keeping you accurately informed—from the sales phase through to project completion—is one of our top priorities.

Outcome A scope correctly defined from the outset and a realistic budget. You can base your investment decision on the collective assessment of the team that will execute the work, rather than on estimates.
