Conceptual analysis is the initial phase of an ERP project. We document your current processes (AS-IS), define the target workflows (TO-BE), and identify the gap between them. This gap determines how the system will be structured.
Who sits at the analysis table determines what is discussed there. If only an ERP consultant is present, the conversation quickly shifts to screens and data entry—focusing on where specific information is entered and where reports are generated. Yet, the reasons why a process operates in a certain way often have less to do with the software itself and more to do with the company’s authority structure, decision-making mechanisms, and inter-departmental workflows.
For this reason, our ERP consultant and management consultant conduct the analysis jointly; the organizational structure and managerial operations are evaluated alongside the documentation of processes.
Management ConsultingWe document how processes currently operate by consulting with the relevant units. We identify who performs which tasks, in what order, and using what information, as well as where bottlenecks or rework occur.
We design how processes will operate within the ERP system. This design is created by taking into account not only technical requirements but also your company's goals and management structure.
We identify the differences between the current state and the target state. We determine which of these differences will be addressed by standard SAP Business One and which will be handled through custom development or our own products.
The entire study is consolidated into a document prepared exclusively for your company. This document may vary depending on the complexity of the industry and processes; the study takes two to three months to complete. The document serves as the project roadmap, and implementation begins once it has been agreed upon.
